December Lunch Menu attached.

The Giving Tree- each year we support the Humboldt County Food Pantry by asking our students and their families to make a donation in lieu of gift items for teachers and staff members.  This year the food pantry is especially low on canned vegetables and beans, rice, noodles, crackers, tomato items, cooking oil, fruit juices, toothpaste, dish soap and shampoo.  If you'd like to make a donation please bring it to school by December 20th.  Items should be placed under the tree in the hall that was generously donated by Mr. & Mrs. Kay Kollmorgen.  Thank you for consideration and generosity!

SCRIP Gift Card Fundraiser- PATHS is offering you an opportunity purchase gift cards you can use for your holiday shopping and gift giving.  All proceeds go directly to field trips and other educational experiences for Mease and Taft students. How the program works is that you purchase a gift card from a variety of local and national vendors and PATHS receives a percentage back from SCRIP for selling the cards.  You pay face value; there are no hidden costs to you.  Your student will be bringing an order form home with them this week.  If you'd like to purchase gift cards please send the completed form and payment to school by December 7th.  Gift cards will be distributed on December 12 and 14 or you can have your order mailed to you for an extra dollar.  If you have any questions please contact Tara Goedken or Stephanie Meyer at
