Special Olympics
The Special Olympics program at Humboldt Schools, ages 8 and older with an intellectual disability, offers an opportunity to discover new strengths and abilities, skills and success through a variety of extracurricular activities. Special Olympics athletes inspire people in their communities and elsewhere to open their hearts to a wider world of human talents and potential. To ensure the best attendance and support the practices and competitions are held during school hours. The school is responsible for transportation and staffing for all school aged Special Olympic athletes.
