• The first meeting for Contest Speech will be TODAY at 5 PM in the Little Aud. All students interested in or curious about speech should attend. If you are interested but unable to attend, contact Mr. Terwilliger for a sign up form.

• Football banquet will be TODAY at 6:00 in the HS cafeteria. Please bring two dishes to share and your own table service. There will be lemonade and coffee provided.  Football players are asked to dress up.

• Cross Country banquet will be held on Tuesday, November 12 in the HS cafeteria at 6:30.Please bring two dishes to share plus your own table service. Lemonade and coffee will be provided.

• Volleyball Banquet--Monday, November 18th at 6:00 in the high school cafeteria. Please bring your own table service and drinks, along with 1 large or 2 dishes potluck.banquet.  

• A ring was found in the auditorium over the weekend. If you think it belongs to you, you can claim it in the HS office.

• State Drill Team shirts for sale. Order forms will be available in the office. Orders are due back by November 12.

• Have you heard the news?  The Humboldt Athletic Boosters has been selected as the beneficiary of the Hy Vee reusable bag Program that supports local nonprofits! Each time a $2.50 red My Heart reusable bag is purchased at the Humboldt HyVee during the month of November we will receive a one dollar donation. Thanks for your support!

• Reminder-- PE Opt out activity logs should be turned in to the office when practice for your winter sport begins.

• Spring Registration for Iowa Central Classes is now open – please see Mrs. Powers if you are interested in taking a college class.

• Seniors: Senior portraits are due to the yearbook staff by the end of Thanksgiving Break. Digital copies are preferred, but physical copies of wallet-sized pictures can be turned in as well. Email pictures to rkeolakhonevong@humboldt.k12.ia.us, or turn in to Mrs. K at the high school.
