A Day – Day 5 band lessons

1. We had a good week with ISAPS testing. We want to reward a grade with the highest average of CAT cards with a popcorn party next week! At the end of 2nd period, count your CAT cards and bring them to the office.  We will announce the winning grade level. Keep doing a great job and get those CAT cards in your prime time jugs! 

2. Eighth graders interested in Student Senate need to pick up an application in the office. This is your opportunity to be a leader for your class and plan high school activities.

3. Rec Department traveling softball and baseball registration forms are in the office.

4. Humboldt 5K Color Run/Walk for mental health and suicide awareness will be Sunday, May 1 at Humboldt high school. Student registration is $15, general registration is $35. Registration deadline is April 15. Register at https://www.humboldthospital.org/. All participants will receive a t-shirt, sunglasses and colored powder. All proceeds go to the HCMH Foundation to support mental health and suicide awareness through actions that support, educate and empower patients, students and families of Humboldt County.

5. Hitting sessions for 8th-grade baseball players will start on Sunday. Sessions will be in the MPR and run from 3:00-4:00.
