Community Climate Survey -Every adult has a stake in the education and welfare of children by providing them a healthy, safe, and supportive learning environment. Schools, families, and community members share these common goals and work together for the sake of all our children. As a way to measure these goals, Humboldt CSD is collecting information from school staff, students, parents, and community members through our Community Climate Survey. Please complete this survey by Friday, November 8, 2019. Thank you, Mr. Greg Darling, Superintendent.
Flu Vaccinations will be offered during Parent Teacher Conferences on November 5th and 7th at Taft Elementary and the Humboldt Middle School. See attached for information on the cost and documentation to bring with you. If you have any questions please contact Humboldt County Public Health at 515-332-2492.
Box Tops for Education Program Change - We have collected Box Tops for several years at our elementary schools. We earn 10 cents for every Box Top we receive. We will still continue to collect the clipped Box Tops until it is fazed out. However, there is a Box Top app that you scan your receipt to get our school the credit for the Box Tops on that particular shopping trip. No more clipping! Learn more about these changes at BTFE.com. Thank you for your support!
Parent Portal - all parents have the ability to access their student’s Infinite Campus profile. For elementary students this includes checking meal account balances, making payments, updating phone numbers, addresses, etc. As your child gets older you will be able to see their schedule and their grades. If you would like to gain access please email Michelle Thomas, email@example.com to obtain your activation key and instructions. You will be able to see all of your children who are enrolled in Humboldt Schools with one sign in and password.
