  • Be sure to get your tickets now for the High School Fall Musical, "The Addams Family"! Tickets are $8 adults and $5 students. Shows are this week, Thursday at 7:00 pm, Saturday at 2:00, and 7:00 pm. The entire cast and crew of 60+ students are excited to perform for you. We have many Secrets that  are Waiting  - Just Around the Corner! Come to the show and find out what it's really like - When You're An Addams. Full Disclosure, it won't be just One Normal Night!
  • Parents of The Addams Family cast and crew -- Please look for the email from Jani Wickett. You need to fill out the google form granting permission for your student to attend the cast party on Saturday night. Also please sign up for a food/drink donation as well as the opportunity to chaperone this event! Each student needs to contribute $5. Please contact Jani with any questions at or 890-0966. Thank you!
  • The Regional Swim Meet is this weekend at Fort Dodge Senior High Saturday, Nov. 6th at 12:00 PM. Tickets this year are online only and can be purchased through this link: Fort Dodge Regional Swim Tickets
  • Cross Country banquet will be November 9 @ 6:30.
  • The Cat Cafe will be open on THURSDAY morning this week.  Come and get your favorite hot and cold beverages! Come early so you are sure to get served!!!
  • All band and chorus families—please go to the following link to sign up for concession stand. Your help is greatly appreciated. 
  • Conferences will be held this week.
    • Tuesday, November 2 and Thursday, November 4– School will dismiss at 1:20. Scheduled conferences from 4:00 to 6:30; Walk-ins from 6:30 to 7:30.
    • No early dismissal on Wednesday, November 3
    • Schedule for Tuesday and Thursday (this is slightly different than the schedule published at the beginning of the year)

  • There will be a brief GBB meeting in Mr Mooney's room on Wednesday during Cats time.   All girls planning on participating in Basketball need to be there.   If you are unable to be there please contact Mr Mooney ahead of time.
  • Coach Savery is looking for managers for 9th grade boys basketball. If you are interested in being a manager, contact him at
  • Attention, seniors: The yearbook staff needs your senior photo by Thanksgiving. Digital copies are preferred and can be sent via email (download your photo and send as an attachment, or ask your photographer email one in for you). Senior photos can be sent to Mrs. K at
  • Mr. Mooney will be opening the gym on the following dates :
    • Wednesday, Nov. 3   HS Gym 4-6 PM  
    • Sunday, Nov. 7    HS Gym 3-5 PM
  • There will be no FCA meeting this week due to Mrs. Beach being at the state volleyball tournament. FCA will resume on November 10.
  • Athletes—you will need to complete your PE Opt Out Activity log. These forms need to be completed for the time span between the end of your fall sport and the beginning of your winter sport. Forms are available on the table outside of the office and can be returned to the office.
  • It's that time of year---time to fill out the financial aid form for those students who are planning to attend college next year. We will be having a Fill out the FAFSA Night on Nov. 2 from 5- 7 pm in the high school media center for those families who would like assistance. You will need to have your FSA ID prior to that evening in order to be able to file the FAFSA.   • Applications for serving as a student representative on the school board are available on the table outside of the office. Completed applications should be turned in by November 5.
