A Day

1. Good luck to 7/8 band as they perform Saturday night at the Marching Band Extravaganza. It will be a” Thriller.”Band students are to arrive at 6 pm on Saturday and check-in at the middle school band room. The event will also be streamed on the Humboldt Music Department’s facebook page.

2. Baseball pitchers and catchers in grades 8-12 will have a team long toss session Saturday at 11:00. The session will last approximately 45 minutes and is voluntary. 

3. Students you cannot have stickers on your lockers. Please remove them.

4. Student Ambassador applications for 7^th and 8^th graders are available in the office. If you want to represent your class, pick up an application and have it turned in by October 12th.

5. Congratulations to the ms cross country teams last night in Estherville. The girls placed second again with 4 medalists.  Brynn Malo was the meet runner up, followed by Bella Metli 6th, Meg Zweibohmer 8th, and Morgan Mayall 9th.  The boys were 5th place as a team with Angel Burns 10th as a medalist.  Way to go cats.

PARENTS: Picture retake day will be Thursday, October 8^th. If you child did not have their picture taken or if you want retakes, you need to order and prepay for pictures before October 6^th. Contact Midwest Portraits at 515332-8175 if you have questions.
