The Giving Tree if you would like to bring items to school to donate to the local food pantry see the attached letter for a list of the most needed items. Please bring items to school by December 18th. We ask that you that you make a donation in lieu of gift items for school staff. Thank you for your generosity.
All students and school personnel will be going to the movie “Frozen 2” during the school day on Wednesday, December 4th. There is no need to send money to school with your child as this is a Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports (PBIS) Celebration funded by PATHS and Mr. Bruder.
Inclement Weather Announcements - If you have parent portal you will receive will receive a text or phone call via Infinite Campus Messenger if there are weather related announcements for HCSD. Box Tops for Education Program Change - We have collected Box Tops for several years at our elementary schools. We earn 10 cents for every Box Top we receive. We will still continue to collect the clipped Box Tops until it is fazed out. However, there is a Box Top app that you scan your receipt to get our school the credit for the Box Tops on that particular shopping trip. No more clipping!
