Winter Program for 2nd and 3rd grade is tomorrow night, December 12th at 7:00 p.m., High School Auditorium. There is no admission charge for this program. Please have the 2nd grade students in the cafeteria by 6:40 and 3rd grade students by 7:10. There will be an afternoon performance at 1:00 p.m. in the High School Auditorium for those who will not be able to attend the evening program.
PATHS Fundraiser- SCRIP Gift Card Sales order forms were sent home with all students. If you’d like to place an order please return it to school on Thursday, December 12th (tomorrow). Or if you’d like to order online at www.shopwithscrip.com use enrollment code AE5C5L1736656 (the code on the order form is incorrect). Orders will be ready for pick up on Thursday, December 19th or you can have them mailed to you for an extra $1.00. If you have any questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Giving Tree - if you would like to bring items to school to donate to the local food pantry see the attached letter for a list of the most needed items. Please bring items to school by December 18th. We ask that you make a donation in lieu of gift items for school staff. Thank you for your generosity.
Box Tops for Education Program Change- We have collected Box Tops for several years at our elementary schools. We earn 10 cents for every Box Top we receive. We will still continue to collect the clipped Box Tops until it is fazed out. However, there is a Box Top app that you scan your receipt to get our school the credit for the Box Tops on that particular shopping trip. No more clipping! SCHOOL DELAYS, EARLY OUTS, CANCELLATIONS - you should be getting a phone call, text or email depending on how your have your parent account set up in Parent Portal. We also use the following means to communicate to the public. Radio stations FM 97.7, FM 94.5 and FM 96.9 and TV WHO Channel 13. We also have the school hotline that you can call at any time 332-9700.
