Message from Mr. Fedders
Good afternoon, all!
If you drop your student off in the morning on Taft Avenue, please wait until you get to the stop sign to have your child exit the vehicle and cross the street. It is unsafe to have students cross in the middle of the road with all of our AM bus traffic.
We had a great homecoming week at Taft with our dress up days and a Friday Pep Assembly. Thanks to all of our high school student leaders who were involved with this! The game tonight kicks off at 7:00. If you are planning to attend with your child, please remind them of a few expectations that have been implemented at our first games:
The roped/barricaded areas are off limits. Please do not climb on or around these.
There is no playing football/running near the concession stand. I was near the corner between the concession stand/home bleachers during the last home game, and numerous students were racing back and forth between the two. This is dangerous around the blind corner, especially for some of our youngest children and elderly adults that attend the game.
Thanks for your help in making it a great homecoming game for all!
