Note from Mr. Fedders:

Good afternoon!

We had our first round of recess with snow to begin this week, which was unexpected!  Hopefully, we will be clear of this for a few more weeks.  As a reminder, please send your child with snow pants and boots to school anytime snow is on the ground.  We don’t have a large blacktop area cleared off with our new playground, so these items are needed to participate safely in recess.

Thank you all for your support and generosity towards the Myott family with our bookmark sale fundraiser.  Building-wide, we were able to donate over $1,100 towards expenses!

We kick off our first music concert of the year on Monday, December 11th.  Our 2nd-grade performance will begin at 6:30 in the High School Auditorium.  Mrs. Boyd and our students have been hard at work preparing and are excited to share with our families!

Please check the lost and found. Anything left after winter break will be donated!

If your child is in need of winter gear, F.U.E.L. has resources to help. Contact the office or Student Services, 515-332-1430 ext.6234.

Lunch reminder – if you plan to eat with your child, you need to call the office by 9 AM so that we can get an accurate lunch count.  We will not be able to serve adult lunches if you have not called ahead.
